The recruitment cycle

We recruit, retain through training and development then should you need it, we will also outplace staff and support the transition into a new employer.

We’ll start by building a thorough understanding of your needs, getting to know you well so that we can provide the right solutions and deliver them through our implementation and account management structure.

We take a formalised approach to account management and review set regular reviews to obtain your feedback, measure service delivery; and continuously improve our level of service to you.

Our Operational Teams are the key to the success of this approach, as they provide the interface at a local level between our customers and Operational Managers within your business. The strength of these relationships and the desire to improve our customers’ lives is what makes A4e unique.

Our cost-neutral offering focuses on preparing the customer for work, and may include:

  • Taster days – allowing our customers to come and take a look at your organisation to see if it’s right for them
  • Pre-employment training – this can be 1 day to 2 weeks giving the customer a thorough understanding not only of your business but your sector as a whole
  • Skills training – we’ll identify the gaps and up skill our customers to ensure they have the relevant skills to get started with you
  • Induction – we’ll work with you to induct your new employee into your organisation
  • On-going support – we ensure your new employee is retained in your business through our post-placement support programme
