Level 3 Apprenticeships

 
In partnership with the Department for Employment and Learning in Northern Ireland A4e provide the opportunity for young people 16-24 to participate in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in a number of occupational areas.

As an apprentice, young people can work with an employer from day one and enjoy paid employment in areas such as

Aeronautical Maintenance
Active Leisure Operations
Amenity Horticulture
Business Administration
Catering & Hospitality
Food & Drink Manufacturing
Playwork
Retail

The level 3 Apprenticeship Framework is designed to help young pople get the training and qualifications that employers want. It involves following an industry approved qualification at NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3, Essential skills and a relevant Technical Certificate.
