About Us

Our vision is to establish A4e Ireland Ltd, led and managed by experienced, local teams who understand the needs and sensitivities of the local market.

With the ethos of ‘improving people’s lives’, we intend to build upon over 20 years experience of establishing successful active labour market programmes, throughout, England, Wales, Scotland and internationally and adapt our wide range of products and services to address the social and economic challenges in Ireland, both North and South.

Over time, our objective is to establish effective partnerships with the relevant government departments; the voluntary /community and private sectors, and offer a wide range of innovative and quality programmes in areas such as : Skills and Industry; Work Preparation; Welfare to Work Programmes; Community Renewal; Education and Learning.

A4e plan to invest for the long term future and our commitment is:

• To invest in Northern Ireland’s future and create employment opportunities throughout NI
• To establish effective partnerships with public, private, community and voluntary sectors to deliver quality provision as part of government funded training programmes
• To increase the level of employer engagement through partnership working with specific Sector Skill Councils; Employers and Industry bodies
• To bring innovation and proven, quality systems to the service delivery of Training and work preparation programmes
• To bring innovation and creativity to learner motivation and to addressing the barriers young people face in learning and employment
• To create opportunities for progression by working in partnerships and co-operation with local schools, training providers and college
• To market and promote “Training for Success” as an attractive and rewarding alternative to academic routes
• To add real value to a multi-agency approach in tackling the issues relating to Employment, Learning, Education and Social Development
• To improve people’s lives
