Welcome to A4e Ireland

A4e began delivering employment and skills training in Northern Ireland in May 2007. We are committed to working with the Department for Employment and Learning; local communities; employers; voluntary/community groups and all stakeholders to develop and deliver high quality front line public services.

We have over twenty years experience of delivering public services that make an impact, helping people to gain new skills, return to employment and realise their potential. A4e's vision is to share this expertise with the people of Northern Ireland , not to impose it, by working with the local community to develop tailored programmes that will address local issues and deliver real results. We have a broad range of experience in:

Employment and skills training
Business and enterprise services
Programme management
Financial inclusion and education
Offender Learning
